The first entry under Births says, "Isaac Bodine Son of Cornelius
& Mary was Born January 12th 1752"
The text in blue below was added by the people who originally transcribed the records to help explain the names and add other valuable information for the reader. I added some headings and explanation in teal to help the reader understand the sections the information seems to be divided into. I don't know if the Bible really was divided into such sections. This originally appeared in the Kentucky Genealogist in 1963 (v. 5, pp.123-129).
BODINE FAMILY RECORDS

The Bible records of Isaac A. Bodine,
1752-1812, of Loudoun County, Virginia, and Nelson County, Kentucky, were
copied by Mrs. Karl (Barbara Craig) Hilty, of Grand Prairie, Texas, who obtained
the Bible from Mrs. Isaac Ludwell Bodine, of near Bardstown, Kentucky, later
returning it to her. The records were sent to Mrs. A. O. (Amber L.) Bodine,
who has added in parentheses information to clarify the entries.
The cover and title pages were missing from the Bible;
the paper was brown and crisp. It is believed that the Bible was once the
possession of Isaac A. Bodine, as the record begins with his family, mentioning
his parents. There are several handwritings in the Bible, as the writers
passed the record from one generation to the next.
The additional data were gathered from living members
of the family, vital records of Nelson County, Kentucky, wills of various
members of the family, marriage records, and United States census records
of the area.

Richard Skinner and Mary Bodine daughter of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) married March 24, 1801.
Charles Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) married on June 6, 1805.
Jacob Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) married March 6, 1812.
Isaac V. Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) married October 8, 1818

Birth Records
Isaac Bodine son of Cornelius and Mary was born January 12, 1752. (Mary is the first wife of Cornelius, and Idah ---- was his second, as she survived him. His will in Will Book "B" 1772-1782, Loudoun County, Virginia, 372- wr. 13 Sept. 1779, pr. 13 Aug. 1781.)
Elizabeth (Pullin) Bodine daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Pullin born July 11, 1759.
Mary Bodine daughter of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born April 14, 1778.
Charles Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born July 29, 1780.
Eliza Bodine wife of Charles, was born August 3, 1788 (Eliza Stone, who married Charles Bodine, was also know in some records as Elizabeth, and in some as Eliza Elizabeth.)
Cornelius Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born ------1783.
Catherine Bodine daughter of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born January 18, 1786. (This is the progenitor of Mary Lowry Smith Huggins, New Bloomfield, Missouri.)
Jacob Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born 24 July 1788. (This is the progenitor of Barbara 'Craig' Hilty.)
Isaac V. Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born ---1791. (These dates were missing in the old Bible, but supplied by Mrs. Isaac Ludwell Bodine, owner of the Bible and descendant of the same. Isaac V. Bodine was born 29 Jan. 1791.)
Asher Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born August 26, 1793. (Died 1795).
Asher, the second was born April 15, 1796. (Also a son of Isaac A. and Elizabeth P.)
William Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born October 30, 1798.
Lawson Bodine son of Isaac (A.) and Elizabeth (P.) was born April 1801.
(The rest of the page was missing - still do not know about Elizabeth - Mrs. Hilty. She was another child of this family, as she is mentioned in the wills. Note by Amber Bodine) - The next two records are not births but a marriage and a death.
James Ervin and Margaret (Bodine) married January 29, 18--. (She is a daughter of Isaac V. and Elizabeth (Murray) Bodine.
Margaret Ervine died in 1855.
William Bodine son of Charles and Elizabeth (or Eliza) was born May 1, 1806.
Nancy Bodine daughter of Charles and Elizabeth was born August 3, 1807.
Sarah Bodine daughter of Charles and Elizabeth was born August 11, 1809.
Eliza Bodine daughter of Charles and Elizabeth was born August 11, 1811.
Name missing - torn away - was born November 15, 1813. (Believe he was Isaac Davis Bodine. On a later page a death date is found - Isaac Davis, son of Charles and Eliza, died 27 July 1815.)

Citty Ann Davis (late Citty Ann Bodine several words missing) -- 1850 (This most likely is Catherine Ann, daughter of Isaac V. and Elizabeth (Murray) Bodine - and this is her death date, as she is missing from the 1850 census, taken later in the year, and her children are living with her parents.)
Charles P. Bodine son of Isaac and Elizabeth died November 20, 1850.
Elizabeth (Murray) Bodine daughter of John and Dorcas Murray died April 17, 1853 in the 54th year of her age. (She married Isaac V. Bodine)
