(1) Information from his obituary in a Tulare Co., or Porterville, CA newspaper may give the date Jan. 6, 1860. However, he 
was not mentioned in the 1860 Census of Austin, Mower Co., MN. A sister, M. E. Bodine was born in early 1860 and Lucy in 
early 1861. I would guess Frank was born in 1862.
