(1) Date comes from info at Find-A-Grave, but I don't know if that dates is on the tombstone. Info in his father's Notes 
says he was born on Oct. 10, 1790. No source for that, though. 
(2) She may be the Elizabeth Milligan living in St. Louis, MO in the 1850 Census. She was age 50, born in PA.
