Notes for: Newell M. Bodine
He was living at the time of Rebecca's will, 1889. He is reported to have moved out West. Who this Rebecca is, was not clear from the notes. Concerning this, I later got the note below:

...
Yes, Elizabeth and Elijah are each married to a Heady but Elizabeth Heady is the daughter of Stillwell Heady and William B. Heady is the son of John Cotton Heady. They are both grandchildren of Thomas "Devil Tom" Heady but not brother and sister rather first cousins.
Hope this information helps. Oh by the way the note for Newell Bodine is that the will of Rebecca shows him out west may be the Newell that was living with her mother in the 1880 census and not Elijah's son. Rebecca Bodine's will is the will of Elijah's unmarried sister that was living in Nelson County.
I hope this helps. I have material on the Heady and Cotton families since I have been hunting on the 22 children of John Cotton for the last thirty years.
Sincerely,
Maggie Jones

By the way in the 1910 census, when Newell Bodine is living with his wife and daughter in El Reno Ward 3, Canadian, Oklahoma; Roll: T624_1246; Page: 1A; Enumeration District: 87; Image: 180. Living with them is his mother, Betty. Also living there is his brother James L. Bodine and his wife Olive along with his daughter, Olive. Strange that he is not in the 1900 census with the family in Spencer County.
