Notes for: Wayne Hubbard Bodine
As of 2004, Wayne and Irma Bodine were living in Phoenix, AZ.
Wayne Bodine says (see message below) that he and his twin sister were born in Millcreek, UT. However, Wanda's death certificate, with information provided by her father states the location was Salt Lake City. I think we need to go with Salt Lake City on this question. Maybe they were living in Millcreek at the time, but the birth actually happened in Salt Lake City.
