After his divorce in 1959, Harold moved to California. Marian, daughter of Dietrich August and Emma (Blume) Stuhff, was remarried in 1964 to Fred J. Hirschi (1893-1973).

Married Harold Bodine May 15, 1936. Salt Lake City; divorced. Married Frederick J. Hirschi Nov. 28, 1964, Salt Lake City; solemnized Salt Lake LDS Temple. Beauticlan and cosmetologist. Survivors: son, daughters, Jay Frederick Bodine, Lexington, Ky.; Celia Bodine, Mrs. Don (Cynthia) Stahell, both Salt Lake City; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; stepdaughter, Mrs. Mildred H. Smith, Eugene, Ore.; brother, Edgar, Salt Lake City. Funeral Friday noon, Yale 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 1431 Gilmer Dr. Friends call 36 E. 7th South Thursday 6-8 p.m., at chapel hour before services. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.

Evelyn Bodine, 97, of Cody, Wyo., died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017 at the West Park Long Term Care Center. Evelyn was born on Sept. 30, 1920, in Jackson, Mich., to Glen and Grace (Rockwell) Elliott. Evy was the second of four children. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Evelyn is survived by sister Betty Simpers and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold; a son Don Campbell from a former marriage, her parents; both brothers Robert and Richard Elliott. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Stake Center. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements are under direction of Ballard Funeral Home.
