She and Reuben are in the household of Reuben's brother-in-law (Jay W. Swaney) in the 1920 Census of Garland Co., AR. I see on Find A Grave that Jay Swaney was married to Millie Pennington, Rube's sister.

They lived on the outskirts of Hot Springs on Pennington Road, named after their family. They had several children.
