Releve CG Saintonge

Christian Siguret from the Cercle Généalogique de Saintonge graciously found and provided the reference for this Francis Bridon's baptism. In the Achives Departamentales of La Charente Maritime online, it is in the Parochial Registers of Moëze, Baptisms, Deaths 1632-1664, image 173 of 212. It is the second-from-the-top record on the right side. The baptism took place on August 24, 1679. Baptisms seemed to take place just a few days after births in those days. So Francis would have been born around August 10-20 or so of 1679. The father is Francis Bridon and the mother is Suzanne (or Susanne) Hain. The sponsors are Jean Bouquet and Esther Bridon. I assume these are an uncle and aunt of the child.

Ann Messecar found the following in the church records of Rye, East Sussex, England. This must refer to the Francis mentioned above and appears to be the only known child of this couple.
