Female Budine was born May 1912 in Unadilla, Delaware County.

In 1915, as Viola R. Budine, age 3, she lived with her family in Sidney, Delaware Co., New York; in 1920, aged 7, she lived in New Hartford, Oneida Co., New York; in 1925, aged 15, in Utica, Oneida County.

The 1930 Utica City Directory lists Glenn H. & Viola B. Austin.

On 15 Feb 1942, Glenn Harrison Austin of Utica, New York registered for the World War II Draft. He reported he was born 5 Sept 1904 in Utica and named Mrs. Ida Austin [Ida W. Anacker 1906-1970, his 2nd wife] as his next of kin.

Glenn Austin, 66, of 1114 Brinckerhoff Ave., died today in St. Elizabeth Hospital after a short illness. For many years he was a punch operator for local manufacturing concerns. He was last employed with the Wurz Taxi Company before retiring eight years ago. He married Ida Anacker in Utica in 1940. She died in 1970. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. John (Glenda) Jerominck of New Hartford and Mrs. Diana Pandolf of Utica; two stepsons: Philip and James Graziano in California and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Christman and a brother James Austin, both of Utica. The funeral will be at 9:30 Sunday from the Eannace Funeral Home and at 10 from the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cementery.

Thomas Lawlor, 33, of Rochester, NY, born in Attica, NY AND Viola Budine, 22, of Scranton, PA, born in Unadilla, NY, dau. of Charles & Bertha (Bailey) Budine, were married 21 Sept 1935 in Scranton by Joseph J. Groezinger. Viola was previously married and divorced in 1935.

Thomas P. Lawlor, 57, of 302 Blandina St., died yesterday in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital Center after one year of illness. He was born Aug. 21, 1901, in Utica, son of Thomas and Helen Abbot Lawlor. He attended local schools and on Aug. 19, 1931, he married Viola Budine in Scranton, Pa. Mr. Lawlor was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Utica. He was an employe of the Associated Transport Co. for 25 years. He leaves besides his wife, three daughters, Miss Virginia M.; Miss Margaret L. and Miss Ruth E. Lawlor, all of Utica; four sons, Patrick T., Thomas C., Richard A. and Charles F. Lawlor, of Utica; a sister, Mrs. Edward Trauscht, Rochester; a brother, James P., of Utica. The funeral service will be at 8:30 Tuesday from the Langdon Funeral Chapel, 630 Varick St., and at 9 from St. Patrick's Church where a solemn high Mass will be offered. Burial in Mt. Oliver Cemetery, Whitesboro. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today and tomorrow at the funeral home.

Mass will be celebrated today (Wednesday) at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Chino for Viola R. Lawlor of Chino who died Feb. 17 at Ontario Community Hospital. She was 78. Born May 10, 1912 in Scranton, PA, she was a Chino resident for one year. She was a homemaker for 60 years. She is survived by four sons Patrick Lawlor of Elgin, Ill.; Thomas Lawlor of San Jose; Richard and Charles Lawlor both of Chino; three daughters Virginia Furney of Syluen Beach, NY; Margaret Rice of Phoenix, Ariz.; and Ruth Hartman of Rochester, NY; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro, NY. Pierce Brothers Griffith Mortuary handled the arrangements.
