Cynthia D. Budine of Deposit, N.Y.Cynthia D. Budine, 68, of Roods Creek Rd., Deposit, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 23, 2003, at her home. She was born October 21, 1934 in Cambridge, England. She was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Annie Stanley; three brothers, Brian, Eric and Alec Stanley; sister, Eunice Dalrymple. She is survived by her husband, Don Budine, Deposit; three daughters and their spouses, Donna and Alvin Utter of Oneonta, N.Y., Cindy Budine, Deposit, Karen and Tom Leonard, Deposit; a brother, Ivan Stanley, England; granddaughter, Brandi Sellers; three grandsons, Nate Sellers, Navarre, Fla., Erik and Jared Leonard, Deposit; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced. Friends wishing may make donations to their local chapter of the Vietnam Veterans Of America in memory of Cynthia D. Budine. Funeral arrangements are through the Zacharias Funeral Home, Deposit, N.Y.

Donald P. Budine of Roods Creek Road, Hancock, N.Y. Donald P. Budine went to be with our Lord on March 19, 2008. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Cynthia. He is survived by his daughters, Donna and Alvin Utter, Cindy Budine and Karen Leonard; grandchildren, Brandi and Josh Angell, Nathan Sellers, Erik and Jared Leonard; great-grandson, Christopher Angell; sisters, Joyce Scott, Joan Vandermark, Susan Truesdale; brother, Ted and Diane Budine; also many nieces and nephews. Don was born on April 11, 1931 in Walton, N.Y. Don was a security policeman in the US Air Force for 21 years. He served in both Korea and Vietnam. When he retired from the Air Force, he went to work at Soil and Material Testing in Binghamton, N.Y. After leaving there he spent the rest of his life at the Oleo Ranch; it was a cheaper kind of spread. Service to be held on March 29 at 1 p.m. at Zacharias Funeral Home in Deposit.
