Edwin Reynolds Wickliffe, 74 died Sunday February 12, 2012 at the Muhlenberg Comminity Hospital in Greenville following a brief illness.

Born in Greenville March 15, 1937 he was the son of the late John Edwin Wickliffe and Christine Imbler Oates Wickliffe. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Greenville and he retired from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures on December 31, 2009 after 20 years. He owned and operated Windy Valley farms for many years. He was a commercial pilot for 40 years and was a member of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Survivors include 4 daughters Elizabeth Schmidt, Jennifer Wickliffe, Ann C. Wickliffe all of Greenville and Beth Wickliffe Waldorff of Eugene, Oregon; 5 grandchildren, Nola (Kyle) Jones, Catherine Schmidt, Nicoya Wilson, Ocean Waldorf and Tallyuah Waldorf

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Gary's Funeral Home in Greenville, KY with Dr. Arthur Burrows. Private burial will be held in Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville, KY. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 14 at Gary's Funeral Home.
