Frank E. Bodine and Birdie Mae Bodine, his wife, are named in a deed of trust dated 20 Sept 1972 and filed in Maricopa County, Arizona (vol. 9857, p. 291). The certificate of death for Birdie Mae Bodine was filed 15 Aug 1977 by the State of Arizona. Ruth Brehart is the daughter of Charles and Sarah Brehart.
