From The Watertown (N.Y.) Daily Times: Miss Gertrude Terrell Bodine, daughter of John Alfred Bodine was married to Frederick Howard Babcock, USN, on 8 June 1910 in the Church of the Heavenly Rest in Manhattan.

Frederick H. Babcock, manager of the central station department of the General Electrics New York district and a former Schenectady resident, died yesterday at his New York home after a long illness. Funeral services are to be conducted at 5 p. m. today at St. James Church, New York City. Burial will be in Watertown, where Mr. Babcock was born. Mr. Babcock was graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1908 and three years later entered the service of the General Electric Company in Schenectady. In 1912 he was transferred to the central station engineering department and four years later was made a commercial engineer of the department. During the World War he served with the American forces and in December, 1918, rejoined the General Electric Company. He was made assistant to the vice president on May 1, 1927, and served in that capacity until last November when he was named to his present post. His wife, a daughter and a son survive.
