Roy Bodine graduated in 1903 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana Dental College. In June 1917 he was commissioned as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Dental Service. He was promoted to Colonel on 13 Sept 1943. In April 1930, Roy Bodine lived in Washington, DC employed as a dental surgeon for the U.S. Government. Zelda (Read) Bodine was the daughter of Darius G. and Melvina H. (Hobart) Read.
