In April 1910, Della Bodin, age 22 and single, lived with her sister Mary Bodin in Port Washington. On 12 Sept 1918, Alfred George Tetlow registered for the World War 1 draft in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois. He reported he was born 2 Feb 1886, worked as a passenger agent for the C. & N. W. Railroad Company and that Mrs. Della May Tetlow was his next of kin. In Jan 1920, Alfred and Della Tetlow lived in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois where Alfred worked as an assistant agent for a steam railroad. In April 1930, Della Tetlow, age 43 and now a widow, lived in Cincinnati, Ohio where she worked as a restaurant hostess.
