Mary Elaine Amos, 41, of Dyer died Thursday, June 18, 2009, in a local hospital. She was born May 14, 1968, in Fort Smith. She was of the Baptist faith and a supply clerk at Simmons Foods. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer under the direction of Ocker of Alma Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband, Gary Amos of the home; two daughters, LaShawnna Ann Amos and Heaven Leigh Dawn Amos, both of the home; and her parents, James E. and Patricia Ann Bodine of Dyer. Pallbearers will be James E. Bodine , Gary Don Amos, Jerry Shelton, Allen Shelton, Jackie Shelton and Robert Strouss.
