Announcement of the wedding of Miss Mayme Dillon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Dillon, and Dale Bodine, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Bodine, on 19 January at the Baptist parsonage in Galesburg with Rev. Charles A. Carman, pastor of the Galesburg First Baptist church officiating. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Walter McElwain. Mrs. McElwain being a sister of Mr. Bodine.
In April 1930, Dale and Mayme Bodine lived in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan with Mayme's widowed mother, Hattie Dillon, and was employed as a serviceman at a refrigerator plant.

On 14 Feb 1942, Harold Dale Bodine of Sidney, Ohio registered for the World War II Draft. He reported he was born 18 Nov 1903 in Illinois, worked for Copeland refrigeration, and named Mayme D. Bodine as his next of kin.

Harold Dale Bodine, 91, of Phoenix, an education director, died May 16, 1995. He was born in Toulon, Ill, and was a member of the Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Mayme; daughters, Dawn Curtain and Dotty Johnson; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. No services are planned. Best Funeral Services.

Mayme Garnet Bodine, 87, of Phoenix, a bank teller, died Feb. 10, 1996. She was born in Bradford, Ill., and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her daughters, B. Dawn Curtain and Dotty Johnson; sisters, Dorothy McLane and Mildred Sommer; brothers, Roy, Bernard and Clyde Dillon; and three grandchildren. Services are private.
