Notes for: Ester Bodin

Pintard says the godfather and godmother at the baptism were Jean Montagne (merchant at La Rochelle) and Ester Gerre (wife of Pierre Pare, merchant at La Rochelle). It is not clear from Pintard's document, but I guess this baptism took place at the Protestant Church of La Rochelle, France. Pintard has both June 3 and September 3, 1678 for her DOB. The September 3 date may be more accurate, but that is a guess.
