Anthony Bodine Jr., 65, of San Luis Obispo passed away Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2003, at an Arroyo Grande care center. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Reis Family Mortuary of San Luis Obispo, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Anthony was born April 9, 1938. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the SLO Ski Club, he was also a union laborer in construction for 30 years. He is survived by his daughter Dianne Lipes of San Luis Obispo; son Everett Bodine of San Luis Obispo; brothers, Frank Bodine of San Luis Obispo and Craig Bodine of Texas; sisters, Judy Miller of San Luis Obispo, Charlotte James of Texas and Debbie Bodine of Oceano; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
