Larry and Betty Bodine of Cedaredge, Colo. celebrated their 50th anniversay Oct. 16. The couple were married Oct. 16, 1943, in Las Vegas and lived in Newberry Springs for 48 years.

CEDAREDGE -- Lawrence "Larry" Bodine, 82, Cedaredge, died Sunday, May 25, 2003, at his residence in Cedaredge. Survivors include his wife, Betty Bodine, of Cedaredge, Colo.; two sons: Danny Bodine and wife Lala, also of Cedaredge, Colo.; Neil Bodine and wife Maureen, of Newberry Springs, Calif.; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Darlene Omera, of Newberry Springs, Calif. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 31, at 10 a.m. at the Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Cedaredge.Arrangements are being handled under the directions of Taylor Funeral Service & Crematory.
