Bodin Clifford A. Bodin, formerly of Eden Prairie, peacefully began his new life on March 13, 2005, after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. He was born on January 20, 1923, to Viola and Adolph Bodin and raised in Washburn, WI. His lifelong love of airplanes led him to aircraft school immediately after high school, followed by serving in the Air Force with the 486th Bomb Group in England, then 37 years with Northwest Airlines. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; brothers, Glenn and Wayne (Carol); sister, Edna Arvidson; children, Beverly Masters (Bill), Mike (Jeanette), Mark (Liz), Tim (Marie) and Laurie Bodin-Henderson (John). He treasured his 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Viola and Adolph; parents-in-law, Olive and Ernest Meili; and his brother, Ralph. He greatly valued his family and friends; churches, Central Christian Church, Mesa, AZ and Judson Memorial Baptist Church; motor home groups; Dahlia Society and traveling. Serving others was a very important part of his life. A memorial service will be held July 12th at 2 PM at Judson Memorial Baptist Church, 4101 Harriet Av S., Mpls MN 55409. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, are preferred to Judson Memorial Baptist Church; Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower St., Mesa, AZ 85014; or of your choice. Please include "In memory of Clifford A. Bodin."

Bodin Clifford A. Bodin "Kip" age 82, died peacefully in Mesa, AZ following a battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by Jeanne, wife of 53 years; daughters, Beverly Masters (Bill) and Laurie Bodin-Henderson (John) sons, Mike (Jeannie), Mark (Liz), and Tim (Marie), many grand and great-grandchildren; sister Edna Arvidson; brothers, Glenn and Wayne (Carol), and many nieces & nephews. Cliff was formerly from Washburn, WI, Mpls, MN and Eden Prairie, MN. He was retired from NWA after 37 years of service. A celebration of his life will be held at Judson Memorial Baptist Church, 4101 Harriet Av S, Mpls, MN 55409 in the Fellowship Hall, lower level, at 2 PM Tuesday, July 12. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church or to Hospice of The Valley, 6063 E Arbor Av, Mesa, AZ 85206, are preferred.
