Anthony "Skip" Wayne Bodine, 62 of Kelso, passed away December 29, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He was born July 17, 1954 to Benjuiman and Catherine E. (Liles) Bodine in Longview. Skip was a lifelong resident and a low bed operator by trade. In 1977 he married Toni (Wilcox) Bodine in Kelso. Skip was a loving husband, brother, father and grandfather. He lost his valiant fight to renal cancer. He was a very talented and hardworking man who would do anything to support his family. Skip was taken too soon and will be deeply missed by all. Skip is survived by his mother, Catherine E. Bodine of Longview; his wife, Toni Bodine of Kelso; Son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Jennipher Bodine of Kelso; step-son, Jedediah DiMaggio of Olympia; grandsons, Zachary Bodine of Kelso and Gabe DiMaggio of Olympia; brother, Sandy (Yolanda) Bodine of San Antonio, TX; sister, Linda Sensenig of Tampa, FL; brother, Ben (Linda) Bodine of Olympia; sister, Dianne Rush of Eugene, OR; and brother, Dave (Nancy) Bodine of La Center. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjuiman Henry Bodine. A graveside service will be held on January 5, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Rose Valley Cemetery with Chaplin Mario presiding.
