John Bodine lived 1880--1910 in Elmwood, Peoria County, Illinois engaged as a farmer in 1900 and a gardner in 1910. In 1900, John reported that in 26 years of marriage Amelia had borne 3 children, all then living, but in 1910 reported that in 36 years of marriage Amelia had borne 3 children of who 2 were then living. Amelia (Ginsberg) Bodine was the daughter of Wilhelm E. and Amelia J. (Steinberg) Ginsberg.
