L. Guy Bodine, of Plymouth, Ohio, farmer, age 61 on 24 Feb 1919, born in Plymouth, son of Cornelius E. Bodine & Angeline Carpenter, 2nd marriage, AND Carrie M. Locke, widow, age 54 on 5 Sept 1918, dau. of Peter Sheats & Lovina Mitchell, 2nd marriage, were married 7 May 1919 by A. C. Shuman.
In 1850, he was Leonard Bodine, age 2, and thereafter was Guy L. Bodine and in 1900, L. Guy Bodine. In 1880, Guy L. Bodine, age 22, with his wife Allie, was living with his parents in New Haven, Huron County. Like his father, he was a farmer. In 1900, Guy Bodine reported that in 20 years of marriage his wife had borne 5 children, all then living with them and in 1910 reported that all 5 of his children from 29 years of marriage were still living. In 1920, Guy Bodine was living with his 2nd wife, Carrie, in New Haven.

UPPER SANDUSKY-Mrs. Carrie Malcina Bodine, 94, died at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday in Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky. She was a resident of the United Church of Christ Home for the Aged in Upper Sandusky. Her husband, Guy Bodine, died some time ago. Born Sept. 5, 1864, in Clinton Township she was the daughter of Peter and LeVina Mitchell Sheats. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ at Tiffin and had resided at the home in Upper Sandusy three and a half years. Only survivors are nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m in the chapel of the Home for the Aged. The Rev. Paul Kohler of Tiffin and the Rev. Robert G. Diller, home superintendent, will officiate. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery at Tiffin.
