Marilyn Jean Bodine, age 71, of Clovis, NM, passed away on April 8th, 2015, at Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX. She was born in California, on December 5, 1943. Marilyn loved gardening and woodworking and loved to learn about her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. She was and always will be a gift from the Lord to her family and friends. She was survived by her three children, Thomas Matthew Bodine, Timothy Micheal Bodine, Tracy Michelle Taylor and six grandchildren, Matthew, Micheal, Jazz, Xach, Sarah, and Garrett. 2nd marriage--1982--JERALDINE MARIE CHESNEY.
Marcy, Mark, Mike and Marty are the children of Jeraldine Chesney by a previous relationship. Daughter Marcella ("Marti"), as noted in the following obituary, was born in 1963 and one of four siblings. Ohio birth records show Marcella born to Jeraldine Chesney by an unknown father.

Marcella Rena Humphrey (Marcie) was born Feb 15, 1963, age 50, passed away at home in her loving husband's arms, Richard Humphrey, November 4, 2013. They were married October 20, 1990 in North Pole, Alaska (married 23 years). She was beautiful both inside and out and when she smiled at me I felt so lucky and truly blessed to have a wife who loved me and that I loved so much it hurt. I know that everyone here loved her and is going to miss her sweet face as much as I do. She touched the hearts of everyone that had the privilege to get to know her. My wife loved panda and koala bears with a passion and had a collection that was so amazing. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Jeraldin Bodine. Jeraldine Marie Bodine, age 76, passed away on Feb 16, 2019 at Hendrick Hospice Care in Abilene, Texas. "Jeri" donated her body to science. A private memorial will be held with the family at Lake Nasworthy, on a date to be determined by the family, where she wanted her cremains scattered with her beloved husband Merle, who preceded her on Oct 2, 2012.

Merle E. Bodine, 68, of San Angelo died Tuesday, October 2, 2012, in a local hospital. Mr. Bodine was born September 30, 1944, in Canton, Ohio to Murel Bodine and Theresa Keating Bodine. He married Jeraldine M. Chesney March 6, 1982, in Clovis, New Mexico. Merle was retired from the United States Air Force as a Tech Sgt., and the Civil Service after twenty years of service. A Memorial will be at a later date. Survivors include his wife, Jeri; seven children, Tracy, Timothy, Thomas, Marcie, Mark, Mike and Marty; a sister, Helen Robel, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
