Notes for: Harry James Bodine, Jr.
I have only seen his name as Harry J. Bodine, but he was called Harry Bodine, Jr. several times. I'm assuming his name must be Harry James Bodine, Jr.

Details concerning his death were reported in the "Washington Post" of 29 Oct 1940:
Charlottesville, Oct. 28 (AP)---Harry Bodine jr., 17, of Asbury Park, N.J., died last night at University Hospital here of head injuries received when the car he was driving crashed off Route 250 about 5 miles from this city and tore through a fence. The body was sent to New Jersey today for burial. Bodine and three companions were on their way to New Jersey after spending the week-end with friends at the University of Virginia.
