Elbert Bodine registered for the World War I draft on 5 June 1917 in Bucks County. In 1930, the family was living in Middletown Township, Bucks County and when Elbert registered for the World War II draft in 1942 he was a resident of Woodbourne, Bucks County. Norma Bodine was buried in the Wrightstown Friends Burial Grounds in Wrightstown, Bucks County.

Mr and Mrs Elbert Bodine, Woodbourne Road, Langhorne marked their 60th wedding anniversary yesterday. Mrs Bodine is the former Norma B. Wiggins. The couple have two children Benjamin E. Bodine of Morrisville and Mrs. Raymond Duff, Langhorne. There are five granddaughters, three great-grand-daughters and seven great-grandsons. Mrs Bodine is a patient at Delaware Valley Hospital Bristol.

Mrs. Norma Wiggins Bodine, 79 of 219 Woodborne Road Langhorne died Sunday in Delaware Hospital Bristol. Born in Wrightstown Pa she resided in Langhorne for 50 years. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Trenton. She is survived by her husband Elbert S. Bodine, a son Benjamin E. of Morrisville, a daughter Mrs. Pearl Duff of Langhorne, a brother Harvey Wiggins of Trenton, five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a niece. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm tomorrow at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel 45 Pennsylvania Ave, Morrisville. Pastor Leroy L. Albers, of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Trenton, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Wrightstown Friends Burial Ground, Wrightstown, Pa. Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 at the funeral chapel.
