In June 1900, Carrie W. Bodine, age 30 and single, lived in Stockton, Hunterdon County where she served as a companion to William and Josephine Bailey. In April 1910, Caroline W. Bodine, age 40 and single, worked as a servant for William and Josephine Bailey in Stockton. In Jan 1920, aged 50 and single, she lived in Lambertville, Hunterdon County with her divorced sister Delilah. In April 1930, Carrie Bodine, aged 60 and single, lived with her brother-in-law and sister, Frank and Delilah Fisher, in Stockton. Caroline Bodine never married. She was buried in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Hunterdon County.

Funeral services for Miss Caroline W. Bodine, 80, who died Friday at the home of her nephew, Everett Fisher Sr., Fairview Avenue, Ewing Township, will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at the VanHorn Funeral Home, Lambertville. The Rev. H. T. Molan of the Verean Baptist Church Stockton will officiate. Burial will be in Sandy Ridge Cemetery. She was a member of the Willing Workers group of the Verean Baptist Church and the Sergeantsville Grange. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Delilah Fisher and Mrs. Hannah R. Wood, and several nieces and nephews.
