In 1900, Edward and Mallie Renoud lived in Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Illinois. Edward worked as a painter and reported that in 15 years of marriage his wife had borne 8 children of whom 6 were then living. Their household included Mallie's brothers John and Charles Bodine. In 1920, the family lived in St. Louis, Missouri where Edward worked as a house painter. In 1930, Mallie Renoud was now widowed and living in St. Louis. Melvina Renoud was buried in Pittsfield Cemetery, Pittsfield, Pike County.
Children: Lettie (June 1888), Harry (Feb 1890), Hattie (Feb 1892), Stephen (Sept 1894), Earl (Dec 1896), Addie (April 1899), Daniel M. (1 July 1903), Albert C. (10 Aug 1904).
