Notes for: William ("Will") Diener Bodine
William D. Bodine was living with his father at the time of the 1920 Census of Ramapo, Rockland Co., NY. William and his father were both widowers. His niece, Violet Ruth Young (age 26, single) was also living with them. She was probably keeping house for the two widowers. See the message from Deborah Thomas regarding this in John V. Bodine's Notes page.
I did have William's middle name as "Dallas." However, his middle name as given on a page from a Bodine family Bible was "Diener." I will go with "Diener" for now. It appears or it's possible that it may have been changed later on to "Dallas."
From Ronny Bodine:
On 12 Sept 1918, William Diener Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft in Rockland County. He reported he was born 23 Feb 1880, worked as a laborer for a shoe company and that John V. Bodine was his next of kin.
