Deed of 31 March 1875 from Mary E. Morrison, wife of Ferdinand V.; Sarah J. Everett, wife of Oscar; Myra B. Geron, wife of Daniel S.; Charles D. Bodine of New York City; and ADDIE BODINE of Plattekill, of Ulster County TO Mary C. Bodine, wife of Edgar L. of Plattekill. For $2100, sells a tract of land of 110 acres, 1 rod and 25 perches, which land is described as beginning at a corner of lands owned by the heirs of Henry Bodine. $500 cash is to be paid to Charles D. Bodine and the land to be mortgaged to the others at 7 % per annum for the amount of $2100. (Ulster County, NY Deed Book 193, p. 113]
In June 1880, Adaline Bodine, age 38 and single, lived with her mother in Plattekille, Ulster County. Judson Martin, age 22, lived next door with his parents. The couple married later in the year.
In June 1900, Judson and Adaline Martin lived in Newburgh, Orange County where Judson worked as a retail grocer. He reported that in 20 years of marriage his wife had borne no children.

Adeline B. Martin died 2 March 1901 in Newburgh, Ulster County.
On 25 April 1901, Letters of Administration were issued to Judson Martin, widower, on the estate of Adaline B. Martin who died 2 March 1901. (Orange County, NY Orders, vol. K, p. 115)

In 1902, Judson Martin remarried and was living with his 2nd wife, Antoinette, in Plattekill in Jan 1920. The 1925 New York State Census records Judson Martin, 67, with wife Nettie, living in Plattekill, Ulster County.
