Obituary, Walton Reporter (Walton, N.Y.) of Oct 1918.
Nathan Budine died at the home of his parents at the head of Pines Brook Sunday, October 20. Deceased was born on the farm on which he died, 14 years ago, and was the youngest of three sons of Mr. And Mrs. Nathan Budine. He was a boy of kind and loving disposition, and was one of the best-liked children in the community. Death was caused by pneumonia, which followed an attack of influenza. The end came peacefully Sunday. Besides the parents, he leaves two brothers, Rufus of Loomis, and Harland of Pines Brook. The funeral was held on Wednesday, conducted by Rev. J.C. Coddington. Interment in the Walton cemetery.
