Mrs. Phoebe C. Randall, 59 years old, died this morning at 5:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Ingham, 51 Louisa street. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Earl Barner of Great Bend, Pa., Mrs. Harry D. Harper of Pernargyle, Pa., Mrs. Elwood Haverly, Mrs. Floyd Brown and Mrs. Ingham, all of this city; three sons, John Randall of Nimmonsburg, and Frank and Charles Randall of this city; her mother, Mrs. Anna Budine of Susquehanna, Pa., and three brothers, Moses and Charles Budine of Susquehanna, and William Budine of Windsor. The funeral announcement will be made later.
