Edmister, Mrs. Emily. Mrs. Edmister, 37, 613 Datura St. died Wednesday morning at a local hospital after a short illness. She came here two years ago with her husband, Maurice E. Edmister, from Michigan City, Ind., where she was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Syrian Ladies Aid Society. Survivors besides her husband include her mother, Mrs. Rojan Bodine, and four brothers, George, Charles, Alfred and Joseph Bodine, all of Michigan City. The body was sent Wednesday night to Michigan City, by the Mizell-Simon Mortuary, accompanied by the husband and mother.

Maurice "Bubby" Edmister, 60, a former Peru city and state policeman, died unexpectedly at his home in Marion, Ohio, Monday morning. It was believed that death was due to a heart attack. Mr. Edmister had moved to Ohio a number of years ago, and was employed by the C & O Railroad as a car inspector. Funeral services are pending in Marion.
Emily Edmister was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, LaPorte County, Indiana and Maurice Edmister was buried in Rural Hill Cemetery, Salem, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
