In June 1880, Ellen Bodine, age 24 and single and in June 1900, Mary A. Bodine, age 43 and single and in April 1910, Mary E. Bodine, aged 54 and single, lived with her parents in Rushville, Indiana. Mary Bodine was buried in East Hill Cemetery, Rushville.

Miss Ella Bodine, a well-known maiden woman of this city, died last night at ten o'clock at her home in West Second street. Miss Bodine had been in ill health for several years, but had been seriously ill since Monday when pneumonia developed. Since then her death had been expected. Miss Bodine was a daughter of the late .V. B. Bodine. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. F. B. Stearn, and one brother, V. C. Bodine. The funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at two o'clock at the late residence by the Rev. D. Ira Lambert, assisted by the Rev. A. D. Batchelor. Burial will take place in East Hill cemetery.
