Will of Frank K. Bordine of Labette County, Kansas dated 9 June 1941 names as his sole heir his wife Ila B. Bordine whom he appoints as sole executrix. Frank K. Bordine, aka F. K. Bordine died testate, in Burley, County of Cassia, State of Idaho on the 27th day of May, A.D. 1967, leaving surviving Ila B. Bordine widow Burley, Idaho. Ila B. Bordine was appointed Executrix 19 July 1967.
