He married Elizabeth Smith on 12 Jul 1795 in Readington, NJ [Somerset
Co. Hist. Quarterly Vol. 2, p. 54] by the Rev. Studdiford. They had 9
children.

He served in Capt. George Dilts Militia in 1792. [Gen. Mag. NJ Vol. 3,
p.96, Jul-Oct 1934]
