He was named Plummer in 1900 and Plumber in 1910. He was recorded as Plumer Bodine in 1920, working as a hired hand in Three Rivers, Otero County, New Mexico. In 1930, he was Pete M. Bodine, living with his family in Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico and employed as a truck driver. His death was registered with the Social Security Administration as Pete Bodine. Plummer and Ida Bodine were buried in Memory Lane Cemetery, Silver City, Grant County.

BODINE: Ida Fannie Bodine, 79, longtime resident of Hurley, died in Albuquerque Friday. She is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Rogers of Bayard; a son, Plummer Marlow Bodine Jr. of Duncan, Ariz.; six grandchildren, Dennis Rogers of Beaumont, Texas, Randy Rogers of Bayard, Ava Barris of Silver City, Gary Bowen and Danny Bodine of Duncan and Terry Sisco of Tucson, Ariz.; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1985. No services are planned by the family. Curtis-Bright is in charge of local arrangements.
