Rev. John Hays Grier recorded the marriage of David Caldwell and Mary Bodine in his records, 1815-1878.

Mrs. David Caldwell, of Elmira, died in that city last week Sunday. She was an old resident of this county, being a younger sister of Mr. Ellis M. Bodine, of this borough. Her maiden name was Mary A. Bodine. Her, remains were taken to Covington for burial.
