His name was listed in "New England Families Genealogical and Memorial," but no dates were given. He is probably the George Bodine who married Elsie More at the DRC in Montgomery, Orange County, New York on 9/23/1830. This was confirmed by Ralph Weller's message of October 18, 1999. He was living in Brunswyck in 1862. See the Millspaugh book. Perry Hatch sent me a picture of their gravestone.

His occupation listed in the 1880 Census of Walden, Orange Co., NY was "boot and shoe maker."
I think the following info from the 1840 Census of Montgomery, Orange Co., NY applies to this George Bodine, but I'm guessing. It seems to match up; although, his wife seems to be missing:

The will of Elsie N. Bodine of Walden, Town of Montgomery, Orange County, was written 4 April 1879 and therein named her husband George Bodine, son Chas. N. Bodine, granddaughters Adaline Brown, daughter of Frances Brown, and Lavinia Hatch; Susan E. Brown and Sarah E. Hatch, who were also appointed executors. The will was proved 22 July 1882.
