1900 Harrison Twp., Winnebago Co., Ill.: Daniel DOBSON Oct 1841 Eng farmer, Zelah M. April 1852 IL wife, Jese J. BODINE July 1855 IL boarder divorced farm laborer. Daniel and Zelah were married 2 years and had no children.

Daniel and Martha Dobson were buried in Bethel Cemetery, Durand, Winnebago County, Illinois.

Durand, Aug. 8.--Mrs. Velia Bodine Dobson, widow of Daniel Dobson, died yesterday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Frank Feldon, after a long illness of a malignant ailment. She was born in Harrison township April 2, 1852, and her marriage to Mr. Dobson was an event of June 27, 1897. He died about five years ago. She was a member of the Bethel church of West Harrison and of the W. R. C. of Durand. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Bethel church. The Rev. Albert Mauman officiated and burial was made in the Bethel cemetery.
