Ruth Lenore Bodine, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bodine, died at their home in Wabash township last Friday night. She had been sick for some time with grippe, which resulted in congestion of the brain. The little gril was 2 years and 3 months old, and was an exceptionally bright and smart girl. She could sing like a lark, and was the sunshine and life of her parents and grandparents, who are heart-broken over their great loss. The funeral was held last Sunday, the exercises being conducted by Rev. Frank K. Dougherty, of the M. E. church. The little body was laid to rest in Mt. Hope cemetery.
