Notes for: Susan Erving

Her name in the 1850 Census of Cass Twp., Richland Co., OH is Susanna Bodine. She is 53 and born in New Jersey. Peter had died by 1849; so he is not in this census. He is in the 1840 Census, however. In the 1860 Census, her name is Susan. She is 66 and born in New Jersey. Her occupation is seamstress. She is living with son, Abraham Bodine.

Information in "Richland Co., OH Cemeteries," p. 196 gives her last name as Erving.
