Notes for: Charlotte Bodine
There is a broken stone in Hopewell Cemetery in Montgomery, Ohio that says Adam Constable (?). He probably married Charlotte (Bodine), b. 1802-1872 (?).
The Millspaugh book says he was the brother of Anna Maria and Hiram Constable (children of George Constable and Jane Buchanan) who married Bodines. This is probably not correct. He was probably the son of John Constable and Anna Maria Kimberg. She might have been a cousin (?).
The History of Montgomery Ohio 1795-1995, p.14, says Christopher Constable, b. 1803, child of John and Ann Kimberg Constable, came to Montgomery, Ohio betweeen 1820 and 1826. He was the youngest of 12 children. He married Jane Clark. His siblings were Adam who married Charotte Bodine, George who married Susan Crans, and Anna Maria who married Marcus Bodine.
Her age at death was 71-7-26. That would make her birth date June 27, 1801.
