Notes for: Abraham Bodine
Other information says he was born in 1838 in Manahawkin, Ocean County, New Jersey. The Staten Island Church Records say he was baptized at the home of his grandfather, James Bodine, by Rev. John C. Bechler.

The Moravian Church baptismal register records the baptism of Abraham Bodine on 19 March 1833 "at the house of the grandfather, James Bodine. He was reported to be a resident of California in 1859.
