OBITUARY: Bordentown Register, Appeared-October 21, 1932, Page-5, Column-4, Louis Stahle, 74, husband of Charlotte Stahle, of 325 Prince St. died Oct. 11 after a long illness. Funeral held Fri. with interment in Bordentown cemetery. He had been engaged in the barber business in Bordentown.

From Ronny Bodine:

Charlotte Bodine, age 13, was living with her parents 1880 in Bordentown, Burlington County. In 1900-1920, Louise and Chatlotte Stahle lived in Bordentown where Louis was engaged as a barber. In 1900, 'Lewis' Stahle reported he was born in July 1861, which is inconsistent with his age in subsequent censuses and upon his death when he was aged 74. He was likely born July 1858. He also stated that in 8 years of marriage his wife had borne 2 children, both of whom lived with them. In 1910, Louis reported that in 18 years of marriage his wife had borne 2 children, both then living with them.

From Mercer County, New Jersey Marriage Records:
Louis Stahle AND Lotta Bodine were married 24 Nov 1892 in Hightstown.
