Notes for: Margaret Bodine
They had three children (in E. P. Bodine). Her husband's name comes from her father's will and from E.P. Bodine's writeup.
There is a Henry W. Bailey (d. 12-28-1869, age 47) and a Margaret Bailey (d. 9-2-1898, age 79) buried in the Wayne Baptist Cemetery in Tyrone, Schulyer Co., NY. I would guess that ther are this couple. So Margaret would have been born about 1819 and Henry about 1822.
In the 1855 Census of Tyrone, Schuyler Co., NY there is also the following:
BAILEY Henry W. 37 head b. Putnam Co.
Margaret 35 wife b. Steuben Co.
Edson 13 child b. Steuben Co.
John 7 child b. Steuben Co.
Charles 11mos. child b. Steuben Co.
Margaret is alone in the 1875 Census of Tyrone. She is 55 and a widow. She was born in Steuben County.
