Notes for: Jane (Jennie) A. Bodine
Sinnott said that she died young. That looks to be incorrect. Ronny Bodine wrote, "Right, Sinnott does say Jennie Bodine died young. But Sinnott makes no reference to a daughter named Jane who lived to adulthood. And Jane is named in her uncle's will as niece Jane Bodine, daughter of my brother Budd Bodine."
From Ronny Bodine:
Jane 'Jennie' Bodine, age 24 and single, was living in Philadelphia in 1860 and working there as a school teacher. Aged 34 and single in 1870, she was still teaching and living with her sister Helen. In 1876 she was named in the will of her uncle Joel Bodine.
