Notes for: Elizabeth (Eliza) Bodine

The marriage of Benajah Antrim and Eliza Bodine, all of New Mills, was reported in the "New Jersey Mirror" of 9 March 1825. Benejah Antrim served as a Freeholder of New Hanover Township in 1833 and as a trustee of the Methodist Episcopal Church upon its construction in 1854. Throughout his life he was engaged as a merchant. He was an Assemblyman in the New Jersey legislature in 1852 and was one of the directors of the Farmer's Bank of Mount Holly for many years and until his death.
