There was a possible birthdate of April 16, 1672 for him given in "Register of the Early Settlers of Kings Co., NY," by Teunis Bergen, 1881 - p. 54. However, this wouldn't make sense.
According to the book by Teunis Bergen, he had two other wives and six children. See the Bergen book, pages 51 to 54 for more info on the Browers. His parents emigrated from Germany in 1642.
